Full deposit is required to secure your booking. It is non=refundable.

You have a 15 min grace period. If you are 20 minutes late, you'll have to pay a late fee.

Cancellations should be made 24 hours prior and before end of business if your appointment is the next day. Failing to do so will require a cancelation fee before you are able to book in again.

No refunds will be issued once services has started. Failure to show up will result in complete soss of deposit.

If you are choosing to add any sort of styling or extra services (ex. curling, crimping, hair wash or cutting), please make shure that you have indicated this with our helpdesk

Your natural hair must be washed and clean. Long hair must be preped with wig lines. Alternatively you may book pre-install preps with us before the install. This is at an extra cost.

All drop offs must include your name and appointment date/time. Please contact our helpdesk via email/text to                    sedule drop off.

All bundles and wigs must be washed and completely dry, ready for install upon appointment time. Lace must be completely clean & free of glue. We do offer drybar service. Kindly contact our helpdesk to arrange this at an additional cost.
